Interact’s patented technology guarantees a detailed and continuous view of the quality of service provided by the IT equipment to each user.With more than 800 indicators and metrics collected, Interact is a EUEM solution that offers you a comprehensive view of the fleet of terminals, their configuration, the operation of applications and their uses. The indicators are collected once a day but the frequency of collection can be adapted to meet your needs for “real-time” supervision of the operation of applications or services. Some of these metrics can be collected at a higher frequency (every ¼ hour for example).
